In light of appealing the decision that comes from the IPEB, can you also request for the VA to "redo" the C&P exams? A lot of my range of motion measurements seem inaccurate due to not even being able to complete them due to pain. Also I have in my military medical records a CT scan confirming disc bulges, spondylosis, forminal narrowing, with only estimated ROM measurements and all it says is thoracic back strain, and lumbosacral strain. This is on top of a mysterious musculoskeletal injury in my groin and hip that has left me with the inability to walk unless I use a cane.

Thanks

Yes you can request a FPEB and a VARR. They should be selected at the same time.
