IPEB Results Received: 5 NOV
Appeal for FPEB/Reconsideration Submitted: 19 NOV

I received a fit determination from the IPEB and submitted an appeal for reconsideration/FPEB. I have not heard anything back yet from the PEB.

Anyone else appeal the IPEB results recently that can share their timeline?
 
Update: appeal for reconsideration/Formal Board currently sitting with the President of the PEB since 10 Dec.

My assumptions for the decision of the appeal the President is reviewing are the following: appeal denied (IPEB gave a fit finding and Formal Board not guaranteed), reconsideration of an unfit finding, or grant a Formal Board.

Anyone else with an appeal of the IPEB results in a similar situation?
 
No updates on appeal. Anybody else submit an appeal of IPED results in December that can share timeline?

Army (Fort hood). I submitted an appeal Dec 22, 2021 to be found unfit for two other conditions (they rated me 10% DOD at first), I received a new approve DA form 199 January 4, 2022. So they updated my DOD rating from 10% to 60% (permanent retirement).
Signed 199 same day, received NLD on January 7, 2022.
My NLD is April 7, 2022.

Yea man. Not that it isn’t awesome you got updated. But this is a Marine Corps timeline.
