Congratulations! I am still waiting on my 199. My PEBLO is out of the office though. I did get a copy of the proposed from the VA though!
 
09 NOV- Name hits Transpoc list. Exit interview with MSC. SFAC says expect orders by Tuesday. ETS date set to Jan 29th. Wanting to start terminal leave Dec 01.

No, I said the VA site was showing that my claim was closed on the 17th, and that my decision letter was available, but that I couldn't see it. He told me the VA sends a physical letter in 10 days of the decision, and then the digital version unlocks/gets emailed. But, he said sometimes he's able to send it then and there as an encrypted message. I don't know what makes the difference, but for some reason he was able to email my decision letters.

Now the PEB has to take those numbers to draft the 199, send that to my PEBLO, and then he'll counsel me, etc. But it's nice seeing these figures ahead of time.

What number did you call to talk to someone? I just seen my Case closed as of Today Nov 10th and it won't allow me to open my decision letter. Did you get your 199 yet? i am eager and hope that it won't be to long now that my claim is closed.

I called the VA hotline and just made my way through transfers and holds. I kept saying the VA website is telling me my decision letter is available, but I can't see it. They said it wouldn't be visible until my physical letter arrives, which takes about 10 days after the case is closed. I still never got that letter lol.

I did get my 199, on the 8th. Should have my orders by Tuesday. Gotta finish SFL TAP, clear CIF, attend some briefs, etc. but I start terminal leave Dec 1st!

13 Nov- Orders, draft DD214, Installation Clearing Papers received...

Gonna try to do CIF today

30 Nov set as day to sign DD214

After you recieve the 199, what is the next steps? how long after the 199 do you have remaining in the military before seperation?
