9 Feb 2026: BAMC initiates a P3, retained outside counsel
16 March 2026: First C&P exam
1 April 2026: Last C&P (7 total)
16 April 2026: DBQs sent to PEBLO and VA
23 April 2026: Commander's Impact Statement sent up
29 April 2026: NARSUM received. Sent file to lawyer.
5 May 2026: Sent signed NARSUM requesting an IMR. Also VA at step 5/5
8 May 2026: IMR back but I still disagreed
28 May 2026: Formal rebuttal with Dr's letters
8 June 2026: PULHES updated with acceptable changes. VA rep looks up my rating and let me know
10 June 2026: MEB file sent to IPEB
