Hi guys! This is my current timeline and I will update along the way. For context my MEB is for Major Depressive Disorder.

4/9/24- Possible service disqualifying condition- Refer to AMRO

4/20/24- IRILO received from MH Provider

5/5/24- CIL received

5/16/24- FL4 received/recommended Full MEB

6/18/24- First C&P Exam

7/12/24- Last C&P Exam (8 in total)

7/13/24- All exams uploaded into TOL
 
Was 4/29 the first time you were diagnosed with the Major Depressive Disorder?
 
It has been almost a month since my final C&P exam and they were all uploaded into TOL fast, but my PEBLO says they are still waiting to be sent everything. Has anyone else had this issue?
 
I'm pretty sure the MSC gives all the DBQs to the PEBLO. Maybe see if they can reach out to the MSC.

Nice. I'm waiting on the MEB to rate my DoD percentage here so it's sitting at AFPC. It is showing 100 for VA which is awesome.

Omg Congratulations on 100%! Hopefully you get >30% so you can get that plus retirement pay. Rooting for you!

Just FYI. You don't get both unless you have already earned a 20 year retirement. Any chapter 61 pension amount will be offset by any VA compensation received.

According to the DES fact sheet and what my PEBLO told me, if your DOD rating is >30%, you qualify for medical retirement versus a medical separation. And if you have >50% VA disability rating you will receive concurrent retirement and disability pay (CRDP).

Your understanding is incorrect. Even the document quoted states a regular retirement is needed for CRDP. "If you were placed on a disability retirement But would be eligible for military retired pay in absence of the disability, you may be entitled to receive CRDP".

Ahh okay I see. I wonder why it was explained to me differently. Thanks for clearing it up!

Hi what all is listed in the case file during the local board? I'm at this step and I'm curious what it is.
