So called in to check on the status of medical records received because none of the calls were returned. Keep in mind, we called TWO people daily…leaving messages. Nothing.
So we all the courthouse and they explain that there is no way that they can get the information out to us. Even after we beg them to please release the information because we actually need it for a hearing.
I am just at the point where it is beyond frustrating to have to deal with people who are just not giving you anything. I understand that they are busy, I understand that our case is not the only one that they have to worry about, but come on. Just a little bit of help would be great
