I am having trouble with the VA rating medical problems that I am have that are on the Gulf War list as presumed. I can prove that I have had the problems for awhile but keep getting rejected by the VA for these problems. I am 40% on other problems that I have but for some reason they have rejected me twice on my other problems.
Can someone tell me if there is a proper format or procedure that I need to have my problems considered under Gulf War?
