Has anyone (Air Force) received this letter?

Bump.... still waiting to see if anyone (AF) has received this letter, populated of course, from AFPC?
 
With 90 views so far, I'm guessing "no". I've sent a request to AFPC (disabilities division) and will post the results. I've had a few medical claims pay out without it, but no pharmacy over one year old.
 
Well, I received a similar letter from DCMO that stated I have retroactive eligibility for TRICARE benefits. Almost a full year after the PBDR results and I'm still working this. Medical reimbursements are still coming in, Express Scripts still refusing to pay. Maybe this letter will shake things loose. I'll post more for those that can file retro claims...
