I was wondering if anyone knows how this virus has affected peoples cases and the BCNR processing and making decisions? Are they taking a vacation and not going to work because of it?

I don't know specifically as to BCNR cases, but I am going to post about the impact on Formal PEB cases shortly. I think the same principles will apply to all adjudications.

Our post commander put out that no one will travel to formal PEBs that they will be conducted virtually.

I see, I wonder if that goes for the BCNR. My lawyer hasn’t said anything yet in regards to BCNR not going to work or continuing with their jobs due to the virus.

I have an ALJ hearing soon for social security and was told I will call in to the hearing as opposed to going to my local court for a teleconference hearing.
