This may affect those that have retired in June, July, or August of 2015, or I may have been fed a line.
I just spoke to DFAS, Army HRC, and JBLM Retirement Services Office. According to DFAS, HRC hasn't sent up my Retirement Authorization and Statement of Service. According to HRC, the JBLM RSO handles that. According to JBLM RSO, they sent it and DFAS is behind on retirees from June, July, and August. JBLM RSO sounded like they're following up, but I'll call back this Tuesday.
