Received NARSUM last week, didn't sign because they are missing my unfitting condition. I have an appointment with my PCM tomorrow to get a concise written statement. However, I also wanted my knees added to my unfitting conditions list. I was told by my MEB counsel to get a witness impact statement. I am 14 years in Army currently assigned to S3 for Brigade. My provost marshall officer said he would sign a statement I just have to write it. What is the format so it is not rejected by PEB. Any samples???? I have been on P3 for over 2 years for 2 separate surgeries.
