Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand where I’m at in my process. My peblo is very hard to understand and I feel like my brain is shutting down every time I get more information because there’s so much to remember. I’m currently at the stage where I just got emailed my signed Narsum. I also got emailed my DA 3947 where my back does not meet retention standards. Tomorrow I have a counsel with my peblo for meb proceedings. I’m just curious if anybody knows the next steps are before being sent home. I just feel like I’m so out of it and can’t think to remember what’s next.
The initial peblo meeting should lay out the entire IDES process. The entire process could take as little as 5 months or more than a year depending on the outcome at each stage and how many appeals you do/don’t submit. The holidays will slow the process down too. A lot of it is hurry up and wait.

Thank you so much for responding! I know, my peblo did lay it out for me in the beginning but it’s just so much information I just didn’t know which step came next. Do you know what’s next after receiving the Narsum?
