27 Jan: I couldn't dig up any additional information for the couple things I wanted looked at, so we decided to not go through with the FPEB. So my case was submitted as me agreeing with the original IPEB decision, which is to permanently retire me.
28 Jan: PEBLO emails me in the afternoon starting that orders should be in prda in the next 24 hrs and to send a copy as soon as they drop. About an hr after I receive an automated message that a document has been filed in prda, which is the retirement order, effective 17 April 2026.
29 Jan: Initial Retirement email from FSS received in the morning, and virtual out processing checklist loaded.
It's been a stressful ride, but the end is in sight. Honestly, I had expected orders in about 3 weeks at best, but here's to the happy little suprises.
