I initially was put on Limdu for lower back pain by pain management. During this initial Limdu period, Mental Health-PTSD (from fall and watching those that attempted suicide not survive) and anger have become an issue. I should say I suffered a fall off of a 7-ton truck suffered a TBI, torn shoulder labrum that is not fixed with pain and limited range of motion, hip injuries, knee injuries, residuals like memory loss and migraines from TBI. I have insomnia, nightmares and night terrors, which I have begun to act out in my sleep as well. Is only the condition I was put on Limdu for get sent to MEB? I feel like all of the above should be listed. My Limdu is ending very soon and I know they will send me to the board. My lumbar spine has either herniated discs or degenerative discs L1 to S1.

I'm fairly certain the referred conditions for a MEB will only be the ones of which you have a P3 for. I requested a profile from my MTF for side effects of medication that I was taking for a condition that I was told they were going to MEB me for. When my MEB referral was finally sent up, all it had listed was the one spine issue that I had a P3 for. I was told they would not profile for medications due to the extra paperwork if and when meds changed.

Make sure you include everything in your VBA-21-526, including secondary conditions.

What your PCM will send up to the board is up to their discretion. What you claim to the VA is up to your discretion. When your exams come back a doctor at the MEB level will state if in their opinion any other conditions are unfitting, they will likely state none are. You can request an impartial review of your findings for a solid shot at getting more conditions added to your DoD%; when you get legal representation discuss this with them.

You can see everything that's going on on LIMDU Smart. Get on a MCEN computer and type "edq.med.navy.mil", if you get an error page try a different browser type like Edge or Chrome.

We were both injured at SOI around the same time, though I boarded earlier. We may end up having similar timelines: feel free to keep in touch. I was boarded for low back pain and thoracic back pain from herniated discs in the thoracic spine.
