How does paternity leave play into timelines?

Today I submitted my MEB concurrence. (April 7th). My projected date to start paternity leave is May 10th.

What happens if my DA 199 arrives before my paternity leave, and likewise what happens if I receive it after paternity leave starts?

Will paternity leave influence the separation date at all, or is it fixed once stated with the 199?

Did you ever get an answer on this? I' have the same issue but no one at my unit has an answer.

I’m on paternity leave now and haven’t received my 199. My command/PEBLO were wildly unhelpful. Once I figure out my own situation I’ll post my experience here for visibility.

I'm on PAT leave right now as well and been for almost the whole MEB process. I received my DA199 2 days ago. just waiting on transition to contact me.
