How long does PEB take?

Hey, guys, I have just signed my NARSUM today, talked to my PEBLO and she said PEB takes up to 6 months... What was your timeline? I can not wait to get out of the army!

Timelines vary greatly. PEBs vary from multiple complex conditions to single conditions that are easy to adjudicate. Comparing timelines is of marginal importance.
 
As mentioned, each case is different so hope for the best yet expect the worst (timeline wise)
 
I received my ratings from the VA and Army over two weeks ago and was told my case is back at the PEB where it has been sitting for two weeks eating for them to complete my 199. Is there a timeline of when they have to complete my 199.

Sir, at what point of this process would you receive notification of your No Later Date to be released from service?
 
I got that information 30 days after I signed for my results. But timelines are highly variable.
