How to contact the pdbr?

I have submitted a claim to the pdbr in late 2013 and haven't heard anything since they accepted the claim. Since then I have lost all information as to my claim since my home caught a fire. How do I go about to get info of my status when I file they say it could take up to 2.5 yrs.

I can't seem to get a response back as of Dec 2015. This was the email I was using " [email protected] " My case was last noted that it was in adjudication back in Nov 2015.. so I try to get an updated status every two-three months. Just wondering is still the correct email link?

It looks correct. This is the email address that I used on 1/12/2016 [email protected]. I received a response within 24 hours,

Same thing for me. I have been in the system for 18 months now and I get no reply from them (e-mailed them back in December 2015). I have also noticed that the website where they usually update the docket number every 2 months has not been updated for over 3 months now. If anyone here has a phone number where we could speak to a live human it would be much appreciated.

Ok so again about my email, this is what it's said . But if u read the last paragraph, wow.

Interesting... that last paragraph is new. Normally, it says email anytime to check your status but we recommend every 4 months.
