Anyone have an idea as how to label RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) when doing this application?
Also if all the unfitting conditions are not labeled on the PEB findings how can one go about to correct that as well?
Brief history was separated back in 2003 and just recently received this letter about two days ago. I was handed bad info by a NSO that I wouldnt qualify but to what Im looking at now seems to be completely different story now. I was separated at 10% and currently sitting at 80% with the VA at this moment awaiting a DRO review at the moment for the RSD spreading throughout my body now. according to the PEB finding the injury was defined by Title 26US Code Section 104 (b)(3). How will this play a role in determining concurrent pay? Im trying to figure out if this is even worth pursing at this point in time. Thanks ahead for information shared.
is there a sticky around here for a checklist one needs to get this rolling also to determine if an attorney is needed? I ask this as I was in the Marine Corp and from what i've seen the Department of Navy is still shafting people even with this new law in effect.
