Has anyone thought about calling the PEB in Washington? The only word that I get from my PEBLO is that "I will call you as soon as I have your findings"

Shouldn't we get some sort of freaking update?

How the heck is my life supposed to be on hold?

They should atleast pay for the move back home but they can't do that with out orders!

There has to be a better way to do this. I know the Army has a way to check their stuff through their AKO but the Marines only have their PEBLO and when the PEBLO gets tired of your calls we have no where to turn!

It is very similar in the AF. Your PEBLO is the primary source of information. It really boils down to "not knowing." It is a feeling that many struggle with while undergoing an MEB/PEB. Remember many others have waited and thrived. You are not alone.

Best wishes

I have to agree with Battle Chaps. I'm in the process right now and I have been told to sit and wait. I look at it like this, I can call and ask for updates as much as I want, but in the end it's not going to change the outcome or the timeline. When it comes to my PEBLO, I try not to over contact because that's one person I want to keep on my good side. It gets frustrating, but it is what it is. I hope you hear something soon.

Yea I understand. I try not to call him but I am a little overdue for an answer. I was told 2 or 3 weeks and no sort of update is frustrating. The PEBLO gets an update on where our case is. Why not pass that information if we are asking? All I can do is pray and hope things work out. I have a great job and finally have signed an offer letter but hey if it isn't meant to be I guess it won't happen.
