So i signed my narsum on July 25 and VA claims closed on SEP 13. Im still waiting for 199. Does anyone have any advice on expediting this process or making this run alot faster?

There isn't a way to expedite the process. That's why it's best to not make any plans with hard dates until you get your retirement orders.

I wish bro but what @Provis said is good advice. Any attempt at getting a timeline out of the PEB stage is reading tea leaves. It does make it difficult to tell employers when you could start, but that's just how it goes. Hope you get your 199 soon.
