No, but it doesn't hurt to have another Dr. fill out a DBQ.
Same for me, but he was kind and felt sorry for me. He gave me what I wanted. You?@adamokor Called the number and it was some MSgt on the phone, he seemed pretty upset my PEBLO hasn't given me any answers or updates and that he's hard to reach. Did he ask you the same?

Yes he told me about 10 more days and my stuff will be back at ides but he was more concerned that ides wasn't giving good customer service or wrong information .
Since both of our claims went historical OCT 20 on eBen, we should be pretty close together on timelines. Do you know what day the PEB received your package back from VA. Just confused. You don't need to be there for them to fill out another DBQ, for a change in ROM?
Also @sean123 I called the PEB and they said my stuff should be back in about 2 weeks. Mine went historical at the last couple days of October. I got an LT on the line and he questioned me about why I didn't go through my PEBLO. I told him cause I can't get ahold of her and this is the number I recieved to get answers. So maybe they will be back soon.
The thanksgiving break is killing me. This whole process I've been excited for mondays because it means people are working lol. Never thought I'd say that in life.

The Msgt said the peb received my package back from the Va on the 22nd . I requested my proposed ratings from the Va and I got 100% .. I know nothing is set in stone tho so I won't hold my breath . I'm hoping this process will be over soon for the both of us . The msgt all said it can take about 40 days tops as well .

I meant going to another Dr. before doing a VARR and submit it as evidence if your ROM was inaccurate on the C&PP exam.

I'm going to fight it once I'm out. I have plenty of evidence in my med record. Just the c p exam was complete garbage. She didn't check my back at all. Got rated but at 0%. But got rated 40% for my shoulders that has no prior med history at all. I just claimed them to see what I'd get. And I was shocked
