Update on my stuff,
had to go home on a pseudo E-Leave when my mom had 2 major health diagnosis discovered, IDK why but i opted to just burn the last 21 days of leave I had as i felt it would've been difficult to execute a redcross leave given that my moms condition while shitty was "Stable". Plan was to go home get a better idea of what's going on and put together a no cost TAD package to extend my leave and help my mom. Once we started getting things together my Triad reached out to my Peblo to see where I was case wise and they reported my findings had come in and I should be out soon (CMC has a connect at the PERS office to expedite my orders). So the next move was to cancel the TAD orders come back and process out, Oh but turns out the findings that came back were the outdated findings prior to my VARR so my case isn't done they need to amend that report, they have the updated findings they're just having trouble uploading them(?) but it should only take a few days to fix. That was 3 weeks ago I'm now back at work out of leave, Triad no longer wants to do TAD orders because my separation is "imminent" and the latest update I've gotten is "everything is broken and backlogged we have no idea how long this will be" and there's a potential Government shutdown looming Jan 30th. I don't know what to do at this point this is beyond ridiculous that the system can be this broken and lacks any accountability while being responsible for taking care of service members that are going through one of the most difficult transitions of their lives whether it be Chronic pain, illness, or something terminal that started this process for us. Truly burned out at this point and just surviving day by day.
