I’m not sure I’m following. I was just saying that the guy will be back from leave on Monday.

But if that’s true it seems like they are moving through their backlog and hopefully next week they will be able to burn through July and august and have those results released
 
It’s taking about 3-4 months from sending your package to DC for finding's. I’ve been told it’s about 150 days from the day to send your package until everything is done.

I'm not sure they release findings based on when they receive cases. My case was accepted to the PEB on June 5th and I still have nothing.

That’s what my PEBLO told me, what branch? I think complexity of cases is also a factor, I’ve heard mental health cases take longer than physical and # of claims.

I'm USMC. My case probably is a bit out of the norm, but I dk how it all works tbh my PEBLO isn't the best and gives me like zero answers. She told me two weeks ago that the person two ahead of me got their findings, and now she said that isn't the case so I dk.
 
I called my attorney and spoke to the VA last week. Everything is completed for me, just waiting on my findings so I can sign them. 100% VA and 30% DOD. My attorney followed up with PEBLO on Friday because he stated I should have already been given this information since the VA was able to give it to me earlier last week. Hoping and praying I am out in November still. Does anyone know exactly how terminal works? Kind of confused on that.

My case was sent to PEB on 7/11/23. I called the PEB directly and everything is ready and they were able to verbally tell me. I am just waiting to receive everything in writing. My VA claim was closed 2 months ago.

Mine was closed on 8/08/23 and was accepted to the PEB on 7/05/23. We’re probably both in the same boat.

Honestly I think to, sometimes the facilites take a week or two to process the findings. I just called last week and they said like everything was done. I was already found unfit over a month and an half ago and the VA sent everything back on 8 AUG. I even called the VA and they said they had the second case open for when I get out and it was waiting “final review.” Hoping for this week for findings, it would be 3 and a 1/2 months since sent to PEB.

I would definitely call again if you don’t hear anything soon. The lady I spoke with was able to tell me my percentage and proposed monthly amount I will be receiving. You attorney should be able to vouch for you too! I know they are super busy, but it is really helpful to be given more insight!

Oh, I already got the % and monthly amount. They sent me a claim letter in the mail. I was talking about the final amount not the proposed ratings for when you get out.
 
Got my findings today! Sorry for not answering presvious messages I haven’t seen them in my inbox. Signing them in 10 minutes
