Who will update me of my new EAS? My PEBLO seemed like he wouldn’t be the one to let me know. Do I just keep checking NSIPS?

Admin at your command will get the email. Check in with them once a week until it comes in

So I finally got my corrected paperwork- saw the VA breakdown. Got some 0's for unreformed conditions (even my referred condition lol), but a lot of it says 'entitlement to service connection for xyzzy is not proposed'- does that mean it's not service connected?? There are things in my files that are service connected and in my records it says they are, but on this it says that. Two of which are huge things that I'm consistently dealing with, and a bunch others I'm consistently dealing with in general.
sorry so many questions. I'm really ticked off that most of the conditions I Have that I have constant pain and consistent checkups are marked as such, the nerve damage being the big one.

Oh, and are leg ratings bilateral? I'm confused how that goes. I heard they turn bilateral once you're out.

Right now, mental health cases are going to only two Medical officers at the PEB. Physical cases are going to 4-6 line officers hence why they are going so much faster than mental health.
I see. It probably makes sense but doesn’t make me happy lol! My original referred we’re all physical, the MEB docs are the ones who added mental health to my NARSUM for the PEB.

Case is 133 with MO and it is not a mental health case….no hope
same here. my case has been with the presiding officer since 14FEB and still
nothing… seeing all these October and November submissions come back is super depressing. I can only imagine how July/August cases feel.

I can only imagine. I’m sure it’s a huge slap in the face to see those complaining about not hearing anything when they submitted October or later lmao
It is what it is like I understand but also it’s frustrating. Any day now ! I know I’m unfit according to the attorney but she said it would be a week or two to go sign the findings. I’d be out by now if my command CO didn’t take 2 months to sign my NMA vs the 5 days they have (I think it’s 5)

Is yours mental health? You should've gotten yours by now, if you know who your local congress is you can contact them as well they can look in military medical affairs
There’s quite a few of us at 7 months. I’m 203 days w MO.

I imagine it really is. I’m one of those. 29Nov to PEB. I feel for y’all for sure because it sucks for me and I’m only 87 to the PEB. I’m gonna complain haha. But I’m gonna complain for everyone. It’s a vicious cycle. It’s worse seeing all of y’all who have been waiting forever because we see our “future”.

Holy hell. 2 months. It’s so crazy how all of this varies. My OIC has my NMA prepared when I first got referred, sent it to the CO and he review it and waited to sign when the PEBLO requested it. Commands really make this stuff hard to A lot of people. It’s not like this process isn’t already hard and stressful on its own.

I hope you hear something really soon!
