Nothing needs to be done but it’s best to get that Sep/ret package done because that package is needed to get you orders and DD-214 from PSD.

Thanks for the quick reply! Now I’m just hoping for a end of July early Aug date so I can start my classes

Best of luck, I hope we get the dates that work best! If anything I’ll try and request and earlier date, I already have my commands support. I used up all my leave during the PEB stage In hopes that it would push me out sooner and I’m willing to not take the PTDY.

Nope I signed, that was it. I went on leave & they called me while I was on leaving telling me my message came through
 
GUYS what happens to our thrift saving plan retirement after we get out I have barely been in. How can I access it or see what’s gonna happen to it
 
If the DOD determines unfit separation without benefits does that mean the VA disability is included in the loss of benefits?

It will stay in there until you cash out or transfer it. You avoid tax on it as long as you transfer it. Assuming you’d not already paid taxes on it.

DOD and VA are two separate entities. A DOD letter won’t directly affect VA, and vice versa.
 
Day 89 with the medical officer and don’t know crap. My package was uploaded on 25Jan22. I got my proposed ratings from the VA and that’s about it. I have no idea how any of this works so any insight would be great.

My case has been with the PEB for 210 days (Oct 20). Still haven't received findings.

Holy crap. Do you mind me asking what your case is? Mines MH which I hear tends to take a little while but who knows because I see some MH get their results back quicker. I’m already over this crap so I feel really bad for you. This process is more stressful then it was when I was doing my regular job everyday and deploying.

TBI. Supposedly they found me unfit and 100% P&T but I've yet to see any findings from PEB
