My attorney said not to expect phone call and to check email daily - apparently PEBLO’s supervisor assist with processing now and they said notification by email instead of phone call.

Do you have more than 1 referring? Just wondering if amount of referring conditions has a barring on how fast they process.
2 referred conditions. I think my delay had more to do with the 40 days my case sat at the PEB before it went into the medical officer queue.

i really hope may cases close out this week with a couple more junes mine included since im june 2 accepted by peb but yeah either hope this week or beginning next week because holidays are next week and i feel things shouldnt slow down because of it but i cant put too much hope into it just to get disappointed again and again
Who can I write an email to or contact? Or what can I do to help this process? It's pretty messed up that things are so backed up and that they are essentially putting mental health cases on hold. I'm going crazy, I have to do something or try something.
Hit 112 days at the PEB today and 70 with the MO. No where near what some people on this thread are at. Makes me sad that I still have so long to go but gives me hope that every day is another step closer.
My case has been with the PEB since June 2nd as well. It’s painful to see other cases get results at this point. My mental health has taken a dramatic downturn from the anxiety of it all this week.
You can write to your senator congressman, but they seem to send the same cookie cutter response to everyone. It seems no one who can do anything is willing to hold them accountable.

I asked for an update and my PEBLO told me they no longer receive the report to say where a case is. How insane is that? The people whose job it is to update us cannot. Do they realize how much easier we would be to deal with if they could just say "its at X stage and its been there for X days"?

Same, I'm at 140 days today. Submitted my package May 20, with Medical Officer since June 29. I hope you hear something this week!
I honestly don't feel like that's true. They have to be getting some sort of information. I feel like they are just sick of us bugging them - which like yeah I get it but what if instead of being rude to us you advocate for there to be more transparency in the process or advocate for us in general, as is your actual job. But I guess telling us "IDK" is easier. lol.
