You could just submit your complain via email. It's like [email protected] or something like that. You don't have to submit it through their website

Well currently the longest ones waiting are over 120 days. I'm at 122 now and there's like 1 or 2 more that have been waiting just a couple days longer than me
They're bound by confidentiality, they can't disclose your information except if specifically investigating something directly related to you. Even when submitting it through their website you have to put PII in so they can contact you and ask questions. I've submitted a few IG complaints even caused a full blown command investigation. There won't be any reprisal possible.
And anyone they talk to have to sign confidentiality agreements as well so it's a very like compartmentalized thing
Has anyone heard back from their Senator yet?
Nope called mine today and no answer. I just emailed DES JAG in DC to ask what I can do. Saw a guys timeline on facebook, same referred condition, got submitted a day or two before mine, got his results back August 10th, and already has a separation date NLT OCT. I'm done playing i want my results. and i'm gonna bug whoever i have to, to get them. I'll email the CNP at this point I don't care.
Well DC JAG called me and is submitting a formal inquiry to the PEB on my behalf to figure out what is going on. As soon as he finds out he'll call me back. Said it might be tomorrow depending on when he gets a response

Yeah I'm hoping, he said it's probably in "board room" which apparently means just waiting formal decision but he's going to see what they say
He also said 130 days seemed a little long to him which was the main reason he was helping me

The plot thickens Interesting phone call with DC just a little bit ago. He kind of acted like my case was lost. Told me to call back in an hour so he could talk to the PEB to find out where my case is at.
Holy shit! Will you update us when you talk to them again? Now I’m even more worried because we submitted on the same day

He started asking me what my ratings were. Then asked me what they said about my dod rating and my findings, told him I have no info. Then asked about my timeline etc.
