roughly 2 weeks for HQMC to assign a new one, which is then roughly 2 weeks until your terminal/ptad. Do you know how long your case was in QA? Im at day 11 of QA...

Mine was with QA for 7 days.

No new jdets today. No new update, bout to blow the eff up on someone, tired of this dumbass process.

I got the update from my attorney early yesterday afternoon.

What’s the difference? I thought VA and QA were the same?

If found unfit, it is sent to the VA for a final check to make sure it aligns with the DRAS. It then goes back to the PEB and the president of the board either disagrees or agrees. If he/she disagrees with the findings and changes the decision, one of two things happen. If the changes are beneficial to the service member then it gets sent to the PEBLO. If they are detrimental then a knew PEB is started with different personnel.

I believe that’s how it’s stated lol

I am appealing to a formal board to have another unfitting condition added, and am doing VARRs for both things I claimed since the PEB never reviewed my last VA exam yet.

Did you get your findings? If you didn't sign any physical findings, your stuff isn't at HQMC for a new EAS.

yes I got my findings and signed them and did my exit interview. idk where the package is now

Submitted July 28. Was with the MO 171, then VA for 8 days, then QA for 13. Was at the PEB for a total of 226 days.
