4 condition:
Pelvic pain
Fibromyalgia
Major depression
Anxiety
I don’t know the amount until I go into tomorrow but proposed is 100% from va. And since my contract was up a year ago I really don’t care about severance or whatever.

It’s what I’ve been told by VA and HQMC I guess your guy was a different case. But I was told separations and retirements are always on the 15th of the month for the USMC
Ahh okay, the PEBLO said it was the end of the month but my attorney said it was the beginning of the month. I'm in the Navy tho, I guess its just different

@Neecy09, I went to Navy Fed today and they said they are going to have the same income requirement for the mortgage, irrespective of the loan option that I choose. Depression has already gotten worse since yesterday. I am out of options
Hang in there. One thing I may going try is line up a job offer that aligns with my Navy MOS/ rate to show that as projected income. Not going to take the job in said scenery but it might solve the problem for getting approved for a loan. See if you can line up a job offer. Or see if your commanding officer would be willing to sign a letter stating you will have 12 months of service left.

Please understand that your underwriter and lender will check all of this information at multiple stages of closing - approval of loan, underwriting starting, finishing underwriting, and roughly 5 days before closing. If you provide a job offer as projected income, and then do not start the job, you can be hit for fraud. But that all plays into - don't buy a house without a signed job offer! Foreclosing immediately will murder your credit.

Buying is always better than renting especially because cost of living went up

Not to mention, when you think you’ve budgeted for the mortgage, houses will always come with expenses. Our house was 350k, we paid 75k down and used VA, but having to pay into escrow for property taxes, our mortgage was almost 500 more than what I had projected, then it’s a new home, so you have to buy furniture. Never ending.

Escrow... re-assessment jacking your taxes up... Insurance companies being dicks... My first house I found out there was a flood zone in the desert, estimated at 300/month, a week before closing. Wtf? I had been paying 630 to rent out there! HOUSES ARE EXPENSIVE. The two times I was buying a house, was the most stressful time of my life, over anything. Do not feel like you have to - renting is easy mentally.

So with my 4 conditions… I was given 20% now wth. I feel like they know I’m fed up and don’t want to fight it.

November PEB submission. Got the call today I was found unfit on 3 March. Will update timeline for receiving/signing official findings and receiving exit date.

Congrats! What branch are you? That was quick
Thanks. USMC. Timeline is in my signature. One referred condition, physical. Nothing mental health claimed..could be the reason?

I think that’s why. Mental health cases are taking a long time. I have two physical conditions and mental. I don’t know when I’m gonna be done

My des legal attorney said if I don't get mine by the 28th to give her a call, the 28th would make 122 days at the peb total of 244 days on the medboard
