im sitting at 241 since my case went to DC. my lawyer told me the same, that i should get my findings this month.
 
Random. But for the new EAS in message traffic, does it come through the NIPR or SIPR. message traffic?
 
193 days peb 167 MO, submitted sep 9th, peblos says case still has not moved past the MO. I’m getting so impatient

I’m at 186 at the PEB 157 with the medical office. Whenever you get your stuff back, hopefully I’m a week or so after yours. I’m still at the MO as of last week.

Yep my lawyer and PEBLO told me I’ll have answers by the holidays here we are almost 4 months into the new year. I honestly think August is a realistic timeline based on how things are moving now

I'm Navy so I don't think I fall under same thing, but I'm about to be on the phone with someone to figure that out. Mine have been signed since Mar 3, and I'm just noe getting told I may not have a new EAS and I'll be getting out in less than a month.
 
Update. Got my message traffic. If y'all have seen my posts in here, I've said how I've been asking people about it since March 9. Almost 2 weeks ago and have been getting the run-around about it, being told it didn't come out etc.

Guess what came out. March 8, my message traffic. It took me contacting someone from PSD to get it. He CC'd my chain, but still. And my date didn't change, and now I have less than 30 days until I'm out, and so I'm just going to take my PTDY and sell back 38 days of leave.


I'm so over everything. I'm not upset that my date didn't change. I'm upset that this is what I've been asking for for several weeks, and I've basically been gaslit about it from my CoC. If I knew about it then, I would've been able to take full PTDY and leave, and had 10 days to submit everything.

Sorry for venting. I'm really upset that it had to come to me basically begging for answers on the facebook groups, and someone from PSD messaging me last night saying he'll look. into it to get ANY answers about my EAOS.

Dang that’s crazy. This whole process is just different levels of shitty.
 
Signed my findings on Monday. I signed my IDES waiver with intent to take TERA while signing my findings. My TERA package was sent to MMSR-2 yesterday and now I get to wait…. yet again lol. My planned detachment date is 15 June.
