My monthly compensation is 100%. The DoD is only giving me the rating for fibromyalgia which is 20%, since the rest or symptoms of fibromyalgia…. Very stupid. But I can’t appeal because my doctor does not have enough time to.Wait, so I want to make sure I understand. They gave you percentages for 4 conditions but told you that your total is 20%… like your monthly compensation is 20%?
)The DoD did not rate anything else besides your fibromyalgia correct? That's insane! My monthly compensation is 100%. The DoD is only giving me the rating for fibromyalgia which is 20%, since the rest or symptoms of fibromyalgia…. Very stupid. But I can’t appeal because my doctor does not have enough time to.)
I was able to put in for terminal right away after message traffic came. Orders usually don't pop up til everything's processed later on.Question for USMC and Navy. Can you start terminal leave when your end of service date comes through the message traffic, or do you have to wait until your official orders come through?
You can, just have to have your leadership contact your branch's retirement section, for the Marines its MMSR-4.Does anyone know if you can move your EAS date to be sooner ?
how it normally works is all you can claims get submitted with your package, they decide fit or unfit, then it moves onto rating processes where they use the VA’s ratings to determine your DOD rating and you probably won’t hear about your proposed ratings until your package is almost done. I submitted my VA claims july 2021 and since my package isn’t done yet i haven’t heard anything about them yet, and the VA website also hasn’t moved from evidence gatheringHi All. So I am going through medboard board for Mental Health. I may use the wrong terminology but I completed my BA exams and on my VA it shows evidence and gathering since Dec 13 2021. It was my understanding that I would find out what my VA rating was in 2-3 months and then from there it goes to the board for fit/unfit. Do I have this right? I talked to my PEBLO and she said they were now backlogged 6-8 months. My documents were uploaded to Navy Yard in mid January 2022. Just don’t really know what to expect and can’t plan for crap. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
It is definitely possible to get your ratings back before your package is complete. I received mine around 3-4 months before my findings. You can call the VA and see what the hold up is. More than likely, they will say that they are waiting for information from one of the providers you saw during your QTC appointment.Hi All. So I am going through medboard board for Mental Health. Ohhh got it. Mine is fibro too and I’m waiting on my percentage. The way I understand it the rate should be 40% based on not cured by therapy (no one is cured for fibro from therapy) but my assumption is they will give me 20% also…My monthly compensation is 100%. The DoD is only giving me the rating for fibromyalgia which is 20%, since the rest or symptoms of fibromyalgia…. Very stupid. But I can’t appeal because my doctor does not have enough time to.)
