Question....I have my last exam next week which is for mental health. I want to be retained and finish my active duty career (I am at a bit over 15 years TAFMS). Should I be writing my own impact statement for when the results come back? I am reading if you are MEB'd for mental health that I can expect to be found unfit. Is that true? My mental health is not bad, I actively find healthy ways to cope with my stress/anxiety and am not on any medication. Can anyone give me any sound advice as to how to go into this exam? I am preparing that I will probably have to fight for my case, but I am going to do that. I dont have my own lawyer, I cannot afford one so I am hoping the one appointed to me through this process will be helpful.
