Well, based upon the numbers annotated above, when VA combined math is completed the results are as follows:

70 + 40 = 82 + 30 = 87 + 30 = 91 + 10 = 92 + 10 = 93 + 10 = 94 + 10 = 95 + 10 = 96%

Therefore, 96% rounds up to an overall DoVA rating of 100%

With that said, it seems that you may have to submit a DoVA appeal in order to have your overall rating corrected in my opinion.

Take care and continue to enjoy life!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

I agree with Warrior644 about an appeal, but just as a note about how this might have been messed up. If you do the math with the decimal places it comes up to just barely under 95%. i.e 82% + 30% = 87.4% instead of the 87% the chart would indicate. The 10%s make a very different calculation if you round after all the numbers are added rather than rounded after each condition is added. 38 CFR 4.25 suggests that rounding should happen after each disability is added in, but does not outright say it.
