As always, I greatly appreciate everyones help. I did my best to research this without luck.
INCAP pay is clearly not reduced by VA Comp pay as it now states that in the latest reg. However, I am unable to locate anything on SSDI and OPM Ret Disability Pay. Both SSDI and OPM Disability are claimed as taxable. I receive VA Comp IU/PT, SSDI, and OPM Disability Ret all due to military combat injuries.
Should INCAP be reduced by SSDI and OPM Disability Ret pay?
Regardless, it is only half of what I formerly made, so I should receive some INCAP. But as we all know, getting INCAP approved is nearly impossible.
