Invited claims (timeline question)

My C&P examiners for an additional ankle condition, and bi lateral pes planus (flat feet) and plantar fascitis which I had not claimed. My IDES JAG told me I can claim these "Invited" claims and add them. When I spoke with my MCS he told me that he could not add them to my MEB claim for legal reasons. That I would have to go on eBenefits and file a new claim for those items specifically, or I could come back in and he could help me on a new 526-EZ.

Does that sound right? (I'm told by my PEBLO that he's (MSC) new and to bear with him)

If accurate will this slow down the VA evaluations of my ratings once PEB makes a decision?
Does the VA see them as totally separate claims, or will they lump it all together (assuming they get it in time)?

The last thing I want to do, is submit this claim, get my PEB findings back and either slow the process, or get 100% and accidentally invite the VA to reexamine because of a second claim delayed behind the first.

Basically I'm not sure if it's worth it, and I don't want to accidentally screw the pooch. (If VA finds me 100% I don't care about adding these things, but I dont want to miss 100% because I didn't take action).

Thanks

Sir, im sure itsbpadt time, but for those reading...
I found that extra claims are included with VA in qtc and examiner will add it it in system. Tjis happened for me from 7 claims to 20 documented on narsum. Only one found unfit for duty pushing me to PEB. So no extra forms for submittals for claims while in IDES. Just make sure you get everything documented at your CNPs... my examiner was thorough.
