IPEB Results

Got my results today. 90% DOD and 100% VA. Placed on TDRL but was also told that I'm permanent and total because I would still be 100% without my non-stabilized condition.

Only thing I'm not happy with is on my IPEB Findings form, I feel like my PTSD column E. should be "I" due to my condition directly resulting from bombs and missiles. The reason I'm concerned about this is because of CRSC. I have also contacted my ODC but wanted some guidance from here as well. Thank you in advance.

Nice! Also, you have 50% PDRL so even if PTSD went to 0% you would still stay medically retired.

If you think the PTSD should be combat related then you could appeal that via FPEB. However, not having combat related on this doesn't mean you won't get it for CRSC. Different laws for each. For example a lot of people don't get combat related for presumptive conditions. So it might be no for PEB but yes for CRSC for Asthma as an example.
