Mine said, "Get ahold of me if you need anything" on that first day. I called mine whenever I had a question.
 
I received my 1st 100% disability deposit from the VA on 1 Feb...... still have not received my DA-199. My MSC has been able or is more willing to provide information than my PEBLO. In all actuality my MSC explained that once the request for ratings goes from the PEB to the VA, that technically the MSC portion of the IDES process is complete. Once the VA sends ratings back to the PEB, the MSC can't track cases on the DoD systems (PEB status).
 
Piece of advise for anyone dealing with the DC PEB...... Don't waste your time calling them, you will not get any information and the crappy attitude from the person answering the phone will make you want to reach through the line choke'm.

I just emailed my msc when my case was stuck at the ipeb forever. She let me know that it moved to the VA a whole day before my peb. Now I'm just waiting on them. I hate this waiting Bs. I would have ETS'd this upcoming may if I wasn't injured

Smh it feels like I've been waiting forever.. I'm just ready to know my ratings..

Mines at VA also.. in pending final review...but it's taking forever and a day.. it's making me so stressed... my legal lawyer told me 70%DOD and 90-100% VA. I'm curious too see how well he "guessed"

What conditions are you claiming? That can make a difference on how fast it is completed. Mine went pending decision approval on the 21st and I hope I don't have to wait longer than a week or two. I do however have a rare condition so I may take longer.

My claim closed today.. I called the va and they informed me they forwarded everything to my peblo hopefully I hear from him soon

The VA sends your packet back to the PEB and then they send your 199 to your PEBLO. That step can take days to months also. Hopefully it goes quick for you.

Yea. I forgot about that part.. so hopefully they sent it back very soon
 
The VA sent my ratings to the IPEB on 15FEB. Still waiting for my 199 :(
 
Ebenefits finally changed to Preparation of Decision" yesterday. So does that mean they are prepating to notify me via mail or notify the PEB?

From my experience theirbstill working the case my claim stayed in prep for decision 2 1/2 weeks then it changed to pending final review and stay there for 4 days after that it went straight to close.. but that's just what happens to my claim. I would say my ebenefits was spot on because I called and they told me the same thing ebennies had up. The day my claim closed I called the VA and they let me know that my claimed closed and they already sent out my packet via mail and also to ipeb.. and they also told me my peblo should have it very soon.
