IPEB unfit means?

I have 1 unfit on my mental illness but would like to know what are V-1, V-3 and V-4 yes means.. Thanks

What are the benefits, in terms of amount of disability, do those codes represent, if any?

For example, my unfit memo reads this ...

a. Thoracolumbar degenerative disc disease with L4-L5, L5-L6 disc bulges. (MEB Dx 1) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)
b. Right lumbar lower extremity radiculopathy. (MEB Dx 2) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)
c. Left lumbar lower extremity radiculopathy. (MEB Dx 3) (V1-No; V3-No; V4-Yes)

Do those V codes help me out in any way?
