IRR->AD (Service Aggravation?)

A little back story: I commissioned into the Army IRR in May of 2015 (Dental HPSP). I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in July of 2016. I included the diagnosis in my annual PHA's…no waiver or anything completed by Army. I started Active Duty June of 2020 with no concerns from Army (they actually claimed I didn’t have AS at one point). Medical records clearly show AS before start of AD. I had a major flare up in December 2021 that eventually lead to start of Humira/IDES currently.

My question is how likely is it that the Army will claim EPTS without service aggravation and separate me without benefits? My 2014 entrance exam has no mention of back pain. Medical records show AS stability and no flare ups for 5+ years before exasperation in December of 2021. And I was just on NSAIDS for 6+ years before being prescribed Humira now. Just wondering since AS has gotten worse while on AD, is that enough to be service aggravated?

Anything helps!
