What is my timeliness looking like, seems to be alot faster than everyone else's, idk about any PO or MO as I haven't been informed that my case was with either of those.
 
I'm right around the same timeline I'm just waiting to receive my ratings back from the PEB. Wondering why it's takin so long.
 
Same I was accepted by PEB February 15th. No findings yet from either. Just waiting. Been with MO for 40 days.

I submitted mine to the PEB on Feb 15th and it got accepted that Friday, haven't heard anything back yet though but went up for lower back pain/deuterating disk and asthma
 
Anybody ever had there stuff sent back to the VA from Post QA….does it go back to the peblo when the VA is done again or does it go back to QA

Do you mind describing your condition/Exam? Apologies if this is poor forum etiquette, but I have terrible lower back and hip problems, and i feel like i'm only going to get 60% with everything i've read?

I would've only got around the same percentage had I not had other claims, shoulders and etc. You can view the laws around the ratings of certain claims with a Google search like "lower back pain va rating law"

I don't want to speak on the other individuals' behalf but from my experience... I went through an anterior disc arthoplasty of the L5-S1 region (Fancy words for through my abdomen to access my spine and replace the protruding/collapsed disc). For the VA rating just on my low back alone it's an estimated 38%, Sciatica was around 20% I believe but, as per what was stated above I had multiple claims and my PEB referral is based on 2 physical attributes... Lower Back Pain and Radiculopathy. I lose feelings within my toes from the sciatic nerves touching... I would go over it with your DES Counsel if you're able too.

I’m late to the conversation but if you search VASRD it will pull up VA disability ratings based off conditions. It’s been super helpful for me, you may have to dig through each specific condition that relates to your case but it will give you an idea of what the VA may rate.
 
Have any of January cases get back ?
Mine got sent January 4th and approved the same day , the VA got my proposed rating ready on April 13. I haven’t hear anything at all and I don’t know how much longer is gonna take , my peblo just told me my case is still at the PEB and to continue waiting , my normal EAs is in 8 weeks.

Mine came back, awaiting eas. Received findings April 14th.

Looks like your VA side happened quickly. Mine just went Pending Decision Approval yesterday. Hoping to get it complete this week so it can go back to PEB and I can get my findings. My EAS is June 18th. I was told to put in extension next week just incase.
 
Okay so
-PEB accept it January 4th
-VA proposed rating done April 13
-I found out this morning I was found unfit may 5th
Hopefully I get the phone call anytime soon

May I ask how everyone is getting their VA rating? I've heard different things. Will it just update on the website? Does my MSC call me? Thanks.
