Good Afternoon everyone,

I have looked at many other posts and have not seen anything recent for JBER(Army).

Took me 4 months to get through the medical exams and am now onto the NARSUM step.

Looking for insight, as i was told this could take a month or two to get back? Does anyone know why? almost been 6 months in the process and really just want to be done with it. would not be so bad if people communicated a lot better but it is the military so i understand.

Thank for any help.

It took me about 3 weeks to get my Narsum after medical exams. Check your tri care under documents tab to see when your exams are back.

I looked for the Tab for documents but did not find anything. Not sure what the website is, i checked milconnect, Genesis, and tricare's website but tricare just redirects you to the other sites i listed.

My nurse case manager said on Monday that she could see my exams. I really am hoping it only takes 3 weeks. The PEBLO said there is only one doctor doing both here and up north. fingers crossed.

Thank you

If you have a Job offer or a School acceptance letter you can get your Process Expedited which should speed it up by months could be done in less than a month.

I was told i have to wait until i have my NARSUM before i can do that?
That is possible I did my last exam July 19th or something and got my Narsum aug 4th did and IMR and then sent my acceptance on Aug 26th time frame. Also told my OMBUDSMAN that is who told me about the memo so talk to yours and see

Thanks for the info, hoping it gets sped up because as of now its predicted i wont get done with all this till june of next year. an di started this process in April of this year.

Update!

JBER only has one Doctor doing the NARSUMS so if you are starting the process expect to be here for a year :(
