29JAN25 – MEB Initiated (P3 Accepted by JBLM ) - (65 Days post P3) (Day 1 they started actually tracking)
30JAN25 – DES - PEBLO Counseling (66 Days or MEB day 1)
04FEB25 – Legal In take (71 Days or MEB day 6)
06FEB25 – VA In take (73 Days or MEB day 8)
13FEB25 - VES Assigned 11x Appointments, did them all 1 week (80 Days or MEB day 15)
28FEB25 – All VA/VES Appointments Complete (95 Days or MEB day 30)
30APR25 – VES submission (156 Days or MEB day 91)
01MAY25 – VA Released info to PEBLO (157 Days or MEB day 92)
13MAY25 – PEBLO Sent NARSUM (DA Form 5893 & 3947) for review/signature (169 Days or MEB day 104) – Not Fit for Duty
14MAY25 – Meeting with Lawyer (170 Days or MEB day 105)
14MAY25 – Submitted Concurrence to PEBLO (170 Days or MEB day 105)

I submitted for Admin Retirement 28FEB2026, with leave starting DEC that may also throw my whole process in the can. My P3 went in but was not actioned prior to my retirement getting approved in DEC2024 - so at this stage I have no idea what is going to happen or when or if.. Such is the Army.
 
I also had a retirement submitted upon starting an MEB, what my peblo told me is, if they go through the meb/PEB and find that you have a retirement submitted and potentiallly approved they will stop your meb because you yourself deemed you were fit for service enough to submit a qualified retirement. Hopefully the board approves your meb first..

My PEBLO didn't say much or even talk about this; they found me Unfit for Duty at the MEB - NARSUM. So I am not sure what PEB will do.. But until they do something, I am in limbo to at least make plans.
 
If I were you, and you still have the ability I would go and delete your retirement packet. That way it doesn't interfere with the meb, because if they determine your retirement packet takes priority for whatever reason your meb stuff will be terminated along with all your exams. Atleast that's what my peblo told me. I would ask yours to clarify.

Ya I don't have the ability to pull Retirement packet - that is done once it post regardless you can delay but have to have something significant to justify request to revoke it.
 
I called HRC and had them return my packet in IPPSA which canceled it out. If you are in the MEB from what I understand installation will not cut retirement orders and will make you go through the PEB/MEB process

My P3 started Nov25 but wasn't actioned for 2 months in IDES. In Dec25, my retirement orders posted for Mar26
