Hi all. I've appreciated the time others have taken to post their timelines. It's helped me get a realistic expectation about how long each step should take. Here's my timeline right now and I'll be updating it as things move along.
28OCT19 – MEB initiated, 1 referred condition
12NOV19 – contacted by IDES
- I was told this is an usually long gap between MEB initiation and IDES contact
13NOV19 – first meeting with PEBLO
19NOV19 – IDES briefings
22NOV19 – pre-NARSUM brief with provider
03DEC19 – meeting with MSC, 6 additional conditions claimed
19DEC19 – QTC appointments assigned
- I was told this was an usually long gap between MSC meeting and QTC contact
23DEC19 – QTC appointment 1 (MH)
Scheduled:
31DEC19 – QTC appointment 2 (audiology)
02JAN20 – QTC appointment 3 (general)
40 days leave saved up
Based on where I’m at, does anyone further in the process think I’ll be looking at terminal leave within the next 3 months? I’m trying to figure out when to reasonably start applying for jobs and 3 months is the recommended time frame.
