14 July 25 - 1st C&P Exam
22 July 25 - Last C&P Exam (5 total, plus one for diagnostics e.g. Xray, PFT, etc.)

Currently waiting on NARSUM. Looking at other posts, this seems to be about 2 weeks from the last appointment, which would be the week of 4-8 August.

Times depends on when the c&p examiners finalize documents and sign them all correctly and send them to the VA. Your MSC will know when that happens. I was impatient and immediately filed a FOIA request for my C&P exams and got them 3 days later which told me they were done and just waiting on the meb doctors to.write the narsum. They have 5 days to write it once they receive your exams.

Interesting, thank you for the helpful information! Where / how did you file the FOIA request? Reddit has led me to believe this route takes longer than it's worth, but 3 days sounds amazing.

Hoping to hear back from my PEBLO soon. Does anyone have any insight into whether this will complicate leave?

Depends on how much leave you are taking or what do you mean exactly like leave you already plan on taking or terminal leave?

Nah, as long as you told your peblo you were taking leave prior to knowing then you should be fine. It can be a phone call and an email for signature on your DA199 if you concur with the results.

Anyone have experience with new C&P appointments being scheduled after the VA has closed your claim? If a decision letter has already been sent to IDES, is this now considered outside the IDES process?

Yes, the VA will continue to make appointments after their proposed ratings are sent to IDES. Once you get your ratings, your PEBLO should have include the VA letter with their proposed ratings. In there you may find that some ratings were "referred" meaning they need additional documentation. In my case, they needed to consult with a specialist for some of my conditions. These appointments didn't require my presence. If anything, trust the process, the VA has to substantiate why the zero % or why didn't they seek more clarification. It works for your benefit. The VA isn't really done with your case until you become a veteran, meaning past your retirement day with your DD214 on file. That is when you will receive their final decision letter. Anything before that, is for the purpose of IDES and are proposed ratings not final.
