Thanks for the info- us already been helpful as I begin this process. Is there any contact information available for the PEB office or a way I can find my PEBLO?
April 29, 2022- my permanent profile was submitted and my PCM said I had been automatically referred to MEB and would be contacted.
It’s been 2.5 weeks and I have not gotten a phone call or email. I assume I’m missing something or they are processing the profile, but wanted to know how long is normal to expect before receiving any type of communication. I’m not in a huge rush to get the whole process completed, but I do want to make sure I’m on the right track.
If there is no contact info available until someone contacts me, is there anywhere I can go to look up where my MEB is in their review?

Did you check your medpros to see if you have a P3? If your P3 has not been uploaded they’re waiting for it to be uploaded or reviewing your case at IDES, before referring you to the MEB to ensure you met the MDRP. You can always call your Doc and ask what’s up.Hello all,

Also you can check Tricare online on your “referrals” tab to see if you have a referral to IDES or an encounter note with IDES. Usually when you get referred they go over your medical record to ensure you have met MDRPDid you check your medpros to see if you have a P3? I checked Humana and Tricare online and I have no referrals listed, despite having a MEB profile placed. Is there typically a delay from profile to IDES referral?

it took me almost 2 months from p3 profile in the medpro to initial contact from pebloAfter reading a bit more it looks like my PCM has placed the permanent profile but it has not been fully reviewed/signed by the MEB physician, which is why I’m assuming I don’t have a referral to IDES yet.

Thanks for this. I’ve tried to call a few times but haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’m just confused why it seems nothing has happened after my doc put in my p3 (the bottom portion, “section 8”, remains blank on my profile when I view it on Medpros. It feels like someone was supposed to review this and sign it, but that never happened. It’s now been 6 weeks since my permanent profile was placed and I haven’t received any communication and haven’t been assigned a PEBLO. Is this typical or should I raise a concern somewhere?
