Job applications

I see that some of you have job offers. At what stage of IDES did you start applying? I don’t know if I’ll be found fit/unfit - I’m preparing as if I’ll be unfit.

also… do you find it difficult for chain of command agreeing to be references? I know I need to ask my CoC but I’m not feeling they’d agree

I think it is wise to prepare for either eventuality. You might tell your CoC that you financially need to be prepared for either option and you are just being proactive.
