In May went to the rheumatologist for potential RA. Went back a week later and was officially diagnosed with fibromyalgia by exclusion.
Things got worse and stress increased and I got my P3 status October 3rd.
Referred for MEB 16 Oct
PEBLO called 21 Oct
MEB Brief 29 Oct
Doctor visit (C&P?) 30 Oct

My question is, this is the first and only doctor visit I am scheduled for so is this my C&P exam? I am only referred for the Fibro so do I bring up other issues in having at that appointment?
My EBH doctor also wants to give me a P3 for severe depression related to the fibro but hasn’t yet so how will that effect this MEB as far as claims go?

I have a week before this doctor exam and just want to be as prepared as possible.

Not sure. I'm just starting the process like you. Will be interesting to see how our timelines match up as I was referred the same day as you and still haven't heard from the PEBLO.

You should be meeting with a VA MSC before your C&P exams to go over all of your medical problems including your referred conditions.

that’s what I thought too but my PEBLO set up my appointments, he didn’t call it a C&P exam, he just said I had a doctor visit on Wednesday that should last about 30 minutes. Then I meet him and then go to a VA benefits brief. I just want to be as prepared as possible.

That appointment will be with a MEB doctor most likely. That's through whatever branch you are a part of. You will always meet with a VA MSC prior to your C&P exams. It doesn't hurt to bring up other problems that you have, but chances are unless it is something severe enough to constitute a P3 profile they wont consider it because that doc is only concerned about your referred condition. But it doesn't hurt to have a list from head to toe of issues you have just to be prepared.

Thank you! I was really confused about the doctors appointment but it didn’t occur to me to ask when I had the peblo on the phone.
