just found out my poprosed rating

so my VA.gov claim updated yesterday but didn’t tell me anymore than “updated september 7” and was still sitting at reviewing claim.

well today i realized that it said case closed. so i called the VA to see if i could get clarification and they told me my proposed VA rating is 100%

i feel like i may be able to sleep a little better tonight.

for those who are curious of the timeline i signed my 618 on july 28 and peblo told me the VA had received my package for ratings from the air force august 23.

Thank you for the update. I’m concerned since AFPC received my 618 on 20 July and the VA started my ratings on 11 August. :(
 
i was concerned too! i was in a similiar situation with someone i met at my base who got his ratings within like 3 weeks.

i wouldn’t be concerned about it, it seems it’s some what random.

VA moved to the decision making phase for me on August 8th, and they made their determination/closed claim on Sep 14th. So depending on how complex your conditions are, you may have the rating soon.

Yeah it does seem random. I see a lot of people saying they’re still waiting to be assigned to a rater. When I called the VA, they stated I was assigned to a rater on 9 Sep. that’s the same day my case was sent to IPEB. Does that sound right?
