I just got my AF 356 back from AFPC and was offered Severance & 10%. Number of years on 356 was wrong (says 08 instead of 18) and 3 of 4 conditions being boarded for were not listed on 356.
Background:
In AF for 18 1/2 years, ciritcally manned career field, diagnosed w/ Hypersomnia, permanet damage to wrist, chronic back pain from accident on duty, and multiple direct hernias.
Supervision is trying to bring errors to attention of hospital leadership. Is there a chance AFPC will review/rescind offer and re-offer?
