...some of you might fine this funny...so I was so glad to finally get done with ides process...I was on terminal leave from august 1st to sept 29th....I called fort sill finance and asked about my severanc pay and last paycheck...of course they somehow coded my leave wrong and told me it will be fixed over night and within 3-5 business days the money will be in my account...I call back today and they said yes we fixed it...but due to the shutdown...we can't release your money until the govt opens back up...here come the bill collectors

I read the conditions on the 0% loan, he would have to be already banking with USAA and already have his past AD pay direct deposit, and he would have to prove his final pay is delayed by the shutdown
